Ο Νικόλας Κιόσης (aka Jes Nil) είναι beatmaker και Dj από τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Σπούδασε ανώτερα θεωρητικά και μουσική τεχνολογία. Η συλλογή βινυλίων που διατηρεί τον οδήγησε στην παραγωγή lofi – hip hop beats συνδυάζοντας τα προτερήματα του αναλογικού και του ψηφιακού κόσμου.

Τον Ιούνιο του 2020 κυκλοφόρησε το πρώτο του beattape με τίτλο «Under the Rain» από την Reminessence Records. Το άλμπουμ συγκροτείται από 16 laidback floaty beats και εκφράζει ηχητικά τις εικόνες και τα συναισθήματα του Jes Nil κατά τη μεταβατική περίοδο άνοιξης – καλοκαιριού.

Nicolas Kiosis (aka Jes Nil) is a beatmaker and DJ from Thessaloniki. He has studied advanced music theory and music technology. The vinyl collection he maintains, led him to produce lofi – hip hop beats combining the advantages of the analog and digital world.

In June 2020 his first beattape entitled «Under the Rain» was released by Reminessence Records. The album consists of 16 laidback floaty beats and audibly expresses the images and feelings of Jes Nil during the spring-summer transition period.
