Οι Jaw Bones είναι μία Heavy Rock/ Stoner μπάντα με Grunge επιρροές από τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Κυκλοφόρησαν το πρώτο ομότιτλο EP το 2012 και μετά από χρόνια σκληρής δουλειάς έβγαλαν το πρώτο τους άλμπουμ μέσω της Sliptrick Records, με τίτλο “Wrongs on a Right Turn” στις 30 Μαΐου 2017. Μέχρι σήμερα η μπάντα έχει παίξει ζωντανά με πολλά συγκροτήματα όπως: Monster Magnet (ΗΠΑ), Clutch (ΗΠΑ), Karma to Burn (ΗΠΑ), Therapy? (Ιρλανδία), Sardonis (Βέλγιο), Nightstalker (Ελλάδα), Planet Of Zeus (Ελλάδα), 1000Mods (Ελλάδα), Μωρά στην Φωτιά (Ελλάδα) και πολλά άλλα, και προωθεί τη δουλειά της κάνοντας ζωντανά shows, οπουδήποτε είναι δυνατόν. Αυτή τη στιγμή είναι έτοιμοι να μπουν στο studio για να ηχογραφήσουν το επερχόμενό τους άλμπουμ.

Οι Jaw Bones έχουν πολλές μουσικές επιρροές από διάφορες μπάντες στο Rock – Metal ύφος όπως Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Melvins, Tool, Faith No More, Kyuss, Therapy?, Henry Rollins, Metallica, Dead Kennedys και QOTSA. Όπως οι επιρροές στη μουσική είναι πολλές, έτσι και η στιχουργική έμπνευση προέρχεται από διάφορα θέματα, όπως είναι πολιτικά και κοινωνικά ζητήματα, αλλά υπάρχουν κομμάτια που μιλούν για σχέσεις ανθρώπων και συναισθήματα.

Jaw Bones is a Grunge rooted Heavy Rock/ Stoner band from Thessaloniki, Greece. Τhey recorded their first self-titled EP in 2012 and after years of hard work they released their first album, via Sliptrick Records worldwide on May 30^th 2017, called “Wrongs on a Right Turn”. Up until today Jaw Bones have performed live on stage with many bands like: Monster Magnet (USA), Clutch (USA), Karma to Burn (USA), Therapy? (Ireland), Sardonis (Belgium), Nightstalker (Greece), Planet Of Zeus (Greece), 1000Mods (Greece), Μωρά στην Φωτιά (Greece) and many more. At present the band is promoting the record by playing live as much as possible, wherever they can get their jaws on. They are also ready to enter the studio, to start recording their next album.

Jaw Bones have many musical influences from different bands from the Rock – Metal spectrum like Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Melvins, Tool, Faith No More, Kyuss, Therapy?, Henry Rollins, Metallica, Dead Kennedys and QOTSA. And like their music, their lyrics are also inspired by many topics, like political and social issues, but there are also songs that talk about relationships and emotions.
